MSBA Bourne High School Roof Repair

The project consisted of the replacement of existing BUR and EPDM roofs at 3 classroom wings with a new PVC membrane system. New exhaust fans, laboratory exhaust, and roof drains were incorporated into the work. The existing perimeter walls were raised to accommodate new tapered insulation to provide positive drainage.
