Currently on the boards, this project consists of the replacing of all exisiting PVC roofs at Lloyd G. Blanchard Middle School. The school is comprised of twelve different roof levels all in need of replacement. Photos on the right capture the sites exisitng conditions.
Currently on the boards, this project is working to replace the existing gravel ballasted EPDM roofs with a new TPO membrane roof. The images to the right provide a look at the existing conditions of both the school and gymnasim roof to be replaced.
Prepared as requested by the City of Gloucester, Gloucester Public Schools, and the MSBA Accelerated Repair Program, this project consists of the removal and replacement of all existing door and window systems as the majority of these systems are over 50 years old and not energy efficient. Accessibility upgrades are also to be made to the uni-sex toilet room.
Renovations to the Lynn Vocational Technical Institute and Field House consist of the replacement of all existing windows and entrance/egress doors including
overhead doors. The original classroom and office unit ventilators are also to be removed and replaced, as well as the removal of existing window air conditioners. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, demolition, miscellaneous metals, metal windows, doors, frames & door hardware. In addition, two toilet rooms were modified for accessibility.
Project consisted of the replacement of the existing BUR and EPDM roofs with a new PVC membrane system. Replacement exhaust fans and roof top units were also incorporated into the work. Accessibility upgrades were made at public toilet rooms to bring accessible fixtures into full compliance.
