This project consisted of the replacement of the academy’s existing roof system with a new PVC membrane roof. Also included in the project was the replacement of all exterior doors and windows with aluminum storefront and aluminum windows.
A nineteenth-century farmhouse was renovated to accommodate the school’s newly created pre-school program. The design solution rested in respecting the integrity of the historic structure as well as the current ADA requirements. Three classrooms and a gathering room, “the Barnyard,” define the space.
Installation of a new fluid-applied athletic flooring system over an existing poured rubber flooring system at the Gerald Parmenter Elementary School Gymnasium. Work included the application of new line painting, resilient base and accessories.
The Scope of Work consisted of exkterior door and frame replacements at both the Gerald Parmenter and John F. Kennedy Elementary Schools. New glazing, infill panels, and electrified hardware were installed as well. The project also included the replacement of existing toilet room partitions at the Remington Middle/Jefferson Elementary School.
